For card purchases, we work with an authorized payment agent who will help us check directly with your bank that your card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent correctly processes your card details according to the international security standard PCI DSS. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security.

Your credit card information is not held by ECC and will be completely deleted from our system after your order has been processed or canceled.

 

4. Your rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you. If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request to have the information corrected or removed, or you can do this yourself through your account. To request our documentation of your personal information, write to ECC customer service using the contact form on our website. We may require reimbursement of administrative costs incurred, this amount to a maximum of € 5.
