Important safety warning electric cargo bike VOGUE SUPERIOR 3 and SUPERIOR DELUXE

We have discovered that the Vogue Superior 3 en Superior Deluxe bikes are susceptible to frame breaks, which could potentially result in the bike breaking apart and causing injury. Therefore, a safety warning will be issued starting from Wednesday 10 September 2025 and we urge for the implicated cargo bikes to be reinforced.

You can register your cargo bike via www.bakfietscheck.com. Following your registration, you will be contacted within some weeks to make an appointment. During this appointment, the applicable reinforcements for your cargo bike will be installed free of charge. In the meantime, you may continue to use your cargo bike until the reinforcement has been installed.
