Important safety warning electric cargo bike VOGUE JOURNEY
We have discovered that the Vogue Journey e-cargo bikes are susceptible to several defects causing (severe) injury. These are the following defects:
- Frame breaks may occur;
- The seat post may potentially break off; and
- The gas spring may be blocked.
Therefore, a safety warning will be issued starting from Wednesday, Sept. 18, and we urge for the implicated e-cargo bikes to be improved.
If you are the owner of the Vogue Journey e-cargo bike, we strongly recommend not to use the e-cargo bike until the reinforcement is in place. You can register your e-cargo bike at www.bakfietscheck.com. Following your registration, you will be contacted within some weeks to make an appointment. During this appointment, the applicable reinforcements for your cargo
bike will be installed free of charge.
